IRREVERANT GUILD RANKINGS Before members can move up in rank, officers ranked 3, 2, 1, 0 will discuss and vote to promote, demote, or boot the member based on conduct (language, unacceptably annoying behavior, etc.) Because we have limited the number of officers in ranks 3 and 1, fulfilling the criteria for promotion does not guarantee promotion. Note: Fulfilling the criteria for promotion does not guarantee promotion. Rank 9 = Pest: * Probationary period (usually two weeks) for any member who commits a violation/infraction in the Code of Conduct or Alliance Chat. * No permissions. Rank 8 = Nuisance: * Permission to see /as chat, but not speak in it. Rank 7 = Problem: * This is the starting rank for all new guild members. * Permission granted to look in GH vault, and request items from vault. * Has full alliance (/as) chat permission. * Participation on the Guild Web Site is encouraged, but not required for promotion consideration. Rank 6 = Criminal: * Has a level 40 toon in the guild. * All previous permissions and permission to add to the GH vault. * Participation on the Guild Web Site is encouraged, but not required for promotion consideration. Rank 5 = Homicidal: * Has a level 50 toon within the guild. * All previous permissions and permission to REQUEST a PL for characters under level 35 * Participation on the Guild Web Site is required for promotion consideration. Rank 4= Serial Maniac: * For people who deserve to be officers but don't want all the responsibilities of the total "officer package" * This rank is for those who have shown officer potential and could be considered for an officer position in the future should an opening come available. * All previous permissions and Permission to claim. * Participation on the Guild Web Site is required for promotion consideration. Rank 3 = Council of Disdained: * Must obtain RR2. * Enforces guild rules, suggests promotions, promotes guild members up through rank 5 after council and high council have voted to promote. * Access to officer chat. * Reports infractions to the High Council (Rank 1) and/or the Guild Masters (Rank 0). * All previous permissions and permission to extend guild invitation only/Claim/withdraw from guild vault. * Attends Guild and Officer meetings. Participation on the Guild Web Site is required for promotion consideration. Rank 2 = Semi-Retired Officer: * Advisory responsibilities, will mediate if asked to do so by GM, will attend alliance meetings if requested to by GM, will help writing guild documents to be posted on the website, will participate in guild society and upkeep via reasonable participation on the guild website. * Retains access to guild vaults for the purpose of stocking up on items for the guild, organizing the items, giving items to guild members who do not have sufficient rank to withdraw from the guild vaults. * Attends Guild and Officer meetings at the request of the GM. Retains all permissions. Rank 1 = Assistant Guild Master: * For people who have demonstrated a willingness to help guild members with mediation and leveling, quests, clothing, weapons, etc. * Who participate in guild society and upkeep via active participation on the guild website, who help the guild grow and become a better guild overall. * Enforces the Guild and Alliance CoC. * High council reports infractions to the GMs regarding guild members either by guild site e-mail or directly if they are online. * Attends Guild and Officer meetings. * All previous permissions and Banner summoning. Participation on the Guild Web Site is required. Rank 0 = Guild Master: * Access to all and the final decision in mediated matters. * Attends Alliance, Guild, and Officer meetings
